Khadija Mvula is the Assistant Director for Entrepreneurship Development at the Ministry of Technology and Science. She leads initiatives in the TEVET sector, promoting skills development for vulnerable youth, informal sector workers, and MSMEs.
With over 15 years in public service, she previously served as Assistant Labour Commissioner at the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, specializing in labour administration, industrial relations, and dispute resolution.
Khadija holds a BA with Education and an MSc in Geography from the University of Zambia. Her work spans education, development, and youth empowerment, including technical support to the ChildFund-supported Skills Centre in Luangwa.
