Jennifer is a retired Human Resource Specialist and Social Scientist with over 40 years of experience in the public and health sectors at national and international levels. Before retiring in 2022, she led the Health Workforce Unit at the World Health Organizations’ Regional Office for Africa, supporting countries in developing Human Resources for Health policies and strengthening health systems.
She has contributed to key frameworks and tools for health workforce planning, leadership, and governance, and has published widely on HRH and health systems.
Jennifer currently serves on the council of a leading medical university in Zambia and on the advisory board of an international child development NGO. A lifelong advocate for child wellbeing, she has taught Sunday school for over 40 years in Zambia and abroad.
