Nalundu is an accomplished Social Worker and Development Specialist with extensive experience in leading health programmes that align with both national policies and global development goals. At ChildFund, she serves as a Technical Advisor for Health, providing strategic and technical leadership to ensure that health interventions are evidence-based, scalable, and tailored to the needs of communities. Her work is grounded in rights-based and community-driven approaches that promote equity and sustainability.

Throughout her career, Nalundu has worked across sectors with government institutions, donor agencies, and civil society partners to strengthen health systems and improve outcomes for vulnerable populations. Her previous roles include impactful work with the Kafue Child Development Agency, the University of Maryland, Founding Futures, and Kara Counselling, where she contributed to programming in HIV prevention, child and adolescent health, early childhood development, and psychosocial support.

Nalundu is a member of the Social Workers Association of Zambia and is deeply committed to advancing public health, inclusive social protection, and the wellbeing of children and families.
