Professor Yambayamba is the Vice Chancellor, Zambian Open University, and an Associate Professor of Animal Physiology with nearly 40 years of experience in academia, research, and leadership. He holds degrees from the University of Zambia, the Agricultural University of Norway, and the University of Alberta, Canada.
An expert in animal physiology and human development, he has held key academic and national leadership roles, including Head of Department, University Registrar, and President of the Zambia Academy of Sciences.
