Shambulo is a highly accomplished expert in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and Data Management, with over 15 years of progressive experience in the design, development, and implementation of robust M&E and data systems across diverse projects.

He has worked extensively with major international donors, including the United States Government (USAID, CDC, DoD), the European Union, KOICA, and BMZ, ensuring adherence to a wide range of reporting standards and compliance requirements. His earlier work with the Zambia Statistics Agency has further deepened his expertise in national statistical systems and data management principles.

Currently serving as Manager – Monitoring and Evaluation / Knowledge Management and Learning at ChildFund International for Zambia and Mozambique, Shambulo provides strategic leadership in designing and managing M&E frameworks and driving knowledge-sharing initiatives. His technical competencies include developing comprehensive M&E systems, conducting data quality audits, leading baseline and evaluation studies, managing data collection and processing, executing advanced statistical analyses, and producing high-quality, evidence-based reports.
