Victor is a seasoned international development professional with over 26 years of experience leading community and international development initiatives across Africa. He has held senior leadership positions, including Country Director roles in both Zambia and Kenya, and most recently served as Regional Director for Africa, overseeing multi-country operations and strategic programming.
Victor brings deep expertise in strategic leadership and operational management, with a strong track record in finance and human resources, emergency preparedness and response, program implementation, sponsorship management, risk mitigation, and safety and security oversight.
He is widely recognized for his results-driven leadership, having successfully led teams in securing and managing large-scale grants from a range of bilateral and multilateral donors such as USAID, AUSAID, Irish Aid, New Zealand Aid, JICA, DANIDA, DFID, and global institutions including the World Bank, UNICEF, and WFP. He has also overseen significant funding from private philanthropic partners such as the Mastercard Foundation and the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation.
Victor’s leadership is grounded in strong partnerships with government agencies, civil society organizations, and development partners. His strategic vision and collaborative approach have consistently enhanced program effectiveness and driven sustainable impact.
